The MELT Method is a simple self-care practice that anyone, at any age or activity level, can learn. MELT is a wonderful compliment to ANY exercise program you may already be participating in as it will heighten your sensorimotor control and improve your overall balance and stability.
In this class we will focus on how to help us calm the mind, restore joint stability, ease pain symptoms, improve heart rate variability, improve sensorimotor control, and target fascia's supportive qualities.
